By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Services We Provide

We provide independent, third-party repair, maintenance, inspection, and servicing for home appliances including but not limited to:

• Refrigerator / Fridge repair & servicing
• Washing Machine repair (front load, top load, semi & fully automatic)
• Microwave Oven repair
• Dishwasher servicing & repair
• Air Conditioner servicing & gas refill
• General appliance maintenance & annual service

All services are provided by our own technicians using compatible (non-OEM) spare parts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Service Charges & Payment

• An inspection / visiting charge may apply and is payable regardless of whether repair is carried out
• A cost estimate is provided before repair approval — work begins only after your consent
• Spare parts, if required, are charged separately
• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service
• Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Card
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Warranty on Repairs

We provide a limited service warranty on our repairs. Please note the following:

• Warranty is provided by us (Appliance Repair Bangalore) — not by the original appliance manufacturer
• Warranty applies only to the specific parts replaced during the service
• Service warranty covers only the same reported issue
• Warranty does NOT cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, accidents, power surges, voltage fluctuations, water damage, pest infestation, or natural calamities
• Any third-party intervention or tampering after our service voids the warranty
• A valid service invoice/receipt is required for warranty claims

6. Service Response Time

Service timelines mentioned on our website (e.g., "same-day service," "within 2–4 hours") are indicative and depend on technician availability, your location, traffic conditions, and operational factors. We make our best effort to meet these timelines but they are not guaranteed commitments.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate appliance details and description of the issue
• Ensure safe and accessible access to the appliance for our technician
• Be present during the service visit or assign an authorised representative
• Make timely payment upon completion of service
• Follow the technician's usage and care guidance after repair

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. We do not guarantee that our repairs will extend the overall lifespan of the appliance.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a cancellation fee. For more details, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Spare Parts

We use compatible spare parts for repairs unless the customer specifically requests and agrees to pay for original/OEM parts (subject to availability). Compatible parts are sourced from trusted suppliers and come with our service warranty.

11. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Offer terms, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
